Painting contest on rath yatra

Rath yatra is one of the most auspicious occasions in India. This day is celebrated in the reverence of Lord Jagannath.

Ratha yatra is a Hindu festival associated with Lord Jagannath held at Shri Kshetra Puri Dham in the state of Odisha, India. It is the oldest Ratha Yatra, whose descriptions can be found in Brahma Purana, Padma Purana, and Skanda Purana and Kapila Samhita. Rath Yatra or Jatra is the celebration of the Lord Jagannath, who is believed to be the Lord of Universe's journey towards his aunt's house.

The festival commemorates Jagannath's annual visit to Gundicha Temple via Mausi Maa Temple (maternal aunt's home) near Saradha Bali, Puri.

This annual festival is celebrated on Ashadha Shukla Paksha Dwitiya (second day in bright fortnight of Ashadha month).

The submission should be in any medium like paper, chart paper, cloth etc. with any pen, pencil , colors etc

• Take 3 photos from different angle
• Take  at least 1 photos while you are drawing/painting i.e. when the 50% of the work is completed
• Take one photo of artist with final artwork (optional)
