1. Return Policy
This is the general return policy and might change from product to product, unless mentioned specifically in each product
Return Period:
You can return products within 7 days of recieving your order. Please ensure that the return request is initiated within this timeframe.
Eligibility:
- The return request is made within 7 days of the order recieving.
- The product is in its original packaging and must be unopened, unused and the shrink wrap should be intact.
- We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 5 quantities are counted as a bulk)
- There is no return/cancellation on digital products
Damaged or incomplete product:
We understand that accidents may happen during shipping and transit. If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Make sure you record the box opening video, without which we would not be able to accept any damage/incomplete claim
Return Process:
1) Email us at support @ econtestguru.com with the order number, product name and reason for return.
2) We will generate a pick up from your address with our trusted delivery partner, OR, once the return request has been acknowledged we can share our warehouse address with you and you can send the product to our warehouse.
2. REFUND POLICY:
This is the general return policy and might change from product to product, unless mentioned specifically in each product, where certain product are non-refundable
We will refund your account (less return shipping fees) once your returned product has been delivered to our warehouse and passes the quality check.
The customer could choose to either ship the order to the return address, or the shipping handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount and the reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
For Prepaid orders, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to the source of payment. (The source is defined as whichever payment method you choose while completing the transaction). The refund will reflect in the source account between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly contact us on mail us at support @ econtestguru.com with the cancellation request to check for eligibility. In case, for some unavoidable reason, you need to return it- the shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer. For prepaid orders, cancellation refund will be initiated immediately once the order has been cancelled from our end.

1.Missing Items: We entertain exchanges exclusively for cases where items are missing from the box. Should you encounter this issue, kindly reach out to us at support @ econtestguru.com. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.
2.Quality and Product Information: We take pride in sourcing and offering high-quality products. We strive to present comprehensive product details, including dimensions and learning outcomes, within the product description. Please note that exchange or returns due to personal preferences such as disliking the product, the product theme, or subjective quality assessments will not be accepted.
