I have some lesser time to share navratri stories in speech. So I added some stories here as notes. The sage kashyap and his wife danu delivered numerous number of demon's. in that Sumban, Nishumban also one. They both got boon(Live life without death) from brahmadeva after their penance. But Bramadeva told to them ask another type of boon.So they asked they need the death in the hands of one women. Because they think that women are so soft. They have no power to kill them. After getting this boon from bramha. They both started to torture the other sages, devas and humans. Devas went back to trimurti's(Shiva, vishnu and brahma). They all created Maheswari, kaumari, varahi, Mahalakshmi, vaishnavi, indrani, saraswathi, samundi, narasimhi into one form Devi durgai and gave all their weapons to her. After all her fastings, the commanders(chanda, munda) of sumban, nisumban saw our adhiparasakthi devi's beauty and they asked to marry their demon kings. But she told who will win her in battle that person only she need to marry. They told to sumban, nisumban about this. So they started to send more demons each day. The 9 day battle starts devi defeated many demons like durmalochana, rathabechan, janda, munda and the final day she defeated sumban and nisumban.Due to Janda, munda defeated by her. Her name is chamundeswari and Due to sumban, nishumban ,mahishan defeated by her. Her name is Mahishasuramarthini. that 10th day called as vijaya dasami. In Mahabharat, After their exile life, one fine day Arjuna collected a his weapons on this auspicious day vijayadashmi....
