- Theme: Kalakar Manthan requires participants to follow specific themes, while ChitraKar Manthan allows for open-themed submissions.
- Rounds: Kalakar Manthan has two rounds (state + national), while ChitraKar Manthan only has a single national round.
- Participation: In both Kalakar Manthan and ChitraKar Manthan, participants can submit multiple entries, but in ChitraKar Manthan, they have the freedom to submit as many entries as they desire (max limit is 20).
The selection of winners will be determined by the exceptional quality of each artwork, evaluated by our team.
Please note that winners will not be chosen through public voting. Each artwork will be rigorously assessed by our team.
Each submission will be evaluated & score the artwork on a scale of 1 to 10 across four key criteria:
- Creativity
- Originality
- Technical Skill
- Overall Impact
The artwork with the highest total score will be declared the winner.

- The participants have to upload their entry/artwork in JPG/JPEG/ PNG/ format
- The painting should be made up of the following medium: water, oil and acrylic, pastel, pencil.
- The entry/artwork must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
- The photographs should be shot in HD Standard.
- The description about the painting needs to be submitted clearly while uploading.
- Every round will have a different theme for every age group.
- The participant may submit a maximum of 20 artworks that have been created by the and owned by the participant, are fully copyrighted by the participant, and to which no third party has or may have any claim. The participant declares that the presentation of the works in the Competition shall not violate any legally protected rights of third parties.
- Date of creation and Name of the creator/artist should be clearly mentioned at the bottom of the artwork
- Take photos of your artwork from the beginning steps, including creating the outline, shading, and coloring if applicable.
- Writing name and date of creation, with contrast color pen/color in each entry/artwork is mandatory.
- Include a photo of yourself holding the artwork and upload a maximum of five photos.
- Previously created artwork are not considered and will be disqualified
- Any participants not following the rules may be disqualified without any notice, for which no fees would be refunded
- Once uploaded, entry/artwork cannot be delete or modified. Be careful to read how to upload the artwork
- In order to avoid any mistake first you can practice in demo contest or watch the videos properly
- All entries would be hidden, till the grand finale results are announced
- The contest is open to all Indian citizens.
- Participants grant the Organizer permission to use their submitted works for promoting and organizing the Competition, without any restrictions on location or time.
- Participants also grant the Organizer permission to use their final works for showcasing in exhibitions, publishing on the Organizer's website and social media profiles, and in printed materials related to the Competition's promotion. The Organizer may also share the works with Competition Partners for promotional purposes. However, the copyrights to the works remain with the Participants
- Participants agree to have their names and surnames (and for Finalists, their images and biographies) published in connection with the organization of the Competition.
- All entries must be submitted on website Activitykaro.com. Entries submitted through any other mode will not be considered for evaluation.
- The participants have to submit their entry/artwork in JPG/JPEG/ PNG/ PDF format along with the short description about the painting.
- The entry/artwork must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
- The submitted entry/artwork should be shot in HD Standard.
- Participant profile owner should be the same. Mismatch will lead to disqualification.
- Submission of the Painting must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. If any entry/artwork found infringing on others, the entry/artwork will be disqualified from the competition.
- Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry/artwork that does not feel is suitable or appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.
- By sending the entries, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
- The competition is not a game of chance as defined Indian Act on Gambling
- The Organiser reserves the right to change the Competition Rules without providing a reason. The Participants should stay updated of this fact by means of information placed on the Organizer’s website.
- Discount coupons, Bonuses if any provided in this contest will only be available after 1 artwork submission
- If any bonus items requires shipping, it will be shipped toegther with the prizes. If someone requires earlier before the prizes, it can be shipped at extra courier charges.
- If any prizes are given by third party other than this website, it will be governed by the respective 3rd party's Terms & Condition. Organisers will be not be responsible for anything.
- In all matters not regulated by the Rules, the decisions are made by the Organiser.
- Any disputes will be addressed in Bangalore Jurisdiction Only!
- Any fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, if the event is withdrawn by the Organiser, there will be no cash refund - the participant will receive a refund of their Premium eCGCoins in their account.
