Selection criteria:

The selection of winners will be determined based on the excellence of artwork evaluated by our esteemed jury panels, each possessing over a decade of professional experience in the field.

Strictly no winner selection via public vote, each artwork is evaluated via expert jury members

Two or more jury members will assess each artwork on a scale of 1 to 10 across the following five criteria:

1. Creativity
2. Originality
3. Theme Relevance
4. Skills
5. Overall

The artwork with the highest cumulative score will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the final decision will be made by the jury.

Multiple jury members are appointed to ensure fairness and objectivity in the evaluation process. Each artist or expert has their own unique perspective and criteria for judging artwork. By having multiple jury members, we aim to provide every participant with an opportunity to receive scores based on different viewpoints. This approach helps minimize bias and ensures a comprehensive assessment of the artworks.

Rules:

1. The participants have to upload their entry in JPG/JPEG/ PNG/ format 
2. The painting should be made up of the following medium: water, oil and acrylic, pastel, pencil.
3. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
4. The photographs should be shot in HD Standard.
5. The description about the painting needs to be submitted clearly while uploading.
6. Every round will have a different theme for every age group.
7. The participant may submit a maximum of one works that have been created by the and owned by the participant, are fully copyrighted by the participant, and to which no third party has or may have any claim. The participant declares that the presentation of the works in the Competition shall not violate any legally protected rights of third parties.
8. Date of creation and Name of the creator/artist should be clearly mentioned at the bottom of the artwork
9. Take photos of your artwork from the beginning steps, including creating the outline, shading, and coloring if applicable.
10. Writing name and date of creation, with contrast color pen/color in each entry is mandatory.
11. Include a photo of yourself holding the artwork and upload a maximum of five photos.
12. Previously created artwork are not considered and will be disqualified
13. Any  participants not following the rules may be disqualified without any notice, for which no Participation fees would be refunded
14. Once uploaded, entry cannot be delete or modified. Be careful to read how to upload the artwork
15. In order to avoid any mistake first you can practice in demo contest or watch the videos properly
16. All entries would be hidden, till the grand finale results are announced

Terms & Conditions:

1. The contest is open to all Indian citizens.
2. Participants grant the Organizer permission to use their submitted works for promoting and organizing the Competition, without any restrictions on location or time.
3. Participants also grant the Organizer permission to use their final works for showcasing in exhibitions, publishing on the Organizer's website and social media profiles, and in printed materials related to the Competition's promotion. The Organizer may also share the works with Competition Partners for promotional purposes. However, the copyrights to the works remain with the Participants
4. Participants agree to have their names and surnames (and for Finalists, their images and biographies) published in connection with the organization of the Competition.
5. All entries must be submitted on website eContestGuru. Entries submitted through any other mode will not be considered for evaluation.
6. The participants have to submit their entry in JPG/JPEG/ PNG/ PDF format along with the short description about the painting.
7. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
8. The submitted entry should be shot in HD Standard.
9. Participant profile owner should be the same. Mismatch will lead to disqualification.
10. Submission of the Painting must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. If any entry found infringing on others, the entry will be disqualified from the competition.
11. Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not feel is suitable or appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.
12. By sending the entries, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
14. The competition is not a game of chance as defined Indian Act on Gambling
15. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Competition Rules without providing a reason. The Participants should stay updated of this fact by means of information placed on the Organizer’s website.
16. In all matters not regulated by the Rules, the decisions are made by the Organiser.
17. Any disputes will be addressed in Bangalore Jurisdiction Only!
18. Participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the event is withdrawn by the Organiser.
